Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Advice, representation, and drafting rely on information and documents supplied by the Client, who remains responsible for their accuracy and completeness. The Firm does not guarantee specific outcomes due to judicial variables beyond its control.
Fees are determined by the nature of the case or service, turnaround time, and procedural complexity. Payments are made exclusively through the Firm’s official channels and may require retainers or advance installments. Failure to pay constitutes a contractual breach and may result in service suspension.
All logos, designs, legal content, and training materials on the platform are owned or licensed by the Firm and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.
The platform is provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties. The Firm is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the platform.
The Firm may amend these Terms at any time. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
